Hello Rio Cucharas Phase 3,

An HOA Newsletter is going to be emailed to all members in a few days.  All Phase 3 lot owners are members whether they paid dues or not.  

If you would like to receive the Newsletter, other HOA business news, and general information about the area or your lot please submit your name, email address, and lot number(s) so you can be added to the list or your information updated.  

Email addresses will not be shared with other members; rather, emails from the HOA will be blind copied.  If you do want your email address shared with others please let me know and I will distribute accordingly.

If you prefer paper, please say so and include your mailing address.
