Buyers.  If you are planning to buy a lot in Rio Cucharas or Greenhorn Village, or anywhere for that matter, please be aware of what you are buying.  A site visit is always good.  There have been some squatters and some people simply located on the wrong property.

Also, be aware of the type of deed you will get and what rights it represents.  A warranty deed is best. 

Many people from out of state have been selling lots in this area.  Many times they have not been to the area and are not familiar with it.  They are not necessarily bad but they don't necessarily know what they are selling.  Please be aware of what you are buying.
