The December Newsletter with a dues notice, ballot for officers and proposed Amended Covenants was mailed and emailed to all lot owners.  Dues for 2019 are now due.  Dues of $25/year must have been paid for 2018 to vote although you can now pay for both 2018 and 2019 and vote.  If you did not receive the Newsletter, please send an email to RC3HOA@aol.com and we'll send it to you.  Thanks.
