Recently elected to the Rio Cucharas Phase 3 HOA Board include Chris Nielsen, Vice President, Mary Ann Lane, Secretary/Treasurer, Carol Trujillo, Board Member, John Kallansrud, Board Member.
Lee Cesario, President and Amy Cesario, Board Member continue in their terms.
Changes to the Covenants were approved and have been filed with the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorders Office.
Annual dues of $25 for 2019 are now due. Many people have paid their dues, but if you have not please make payment now. The Board is considering filing liens against property whose owners have not paid.
Rio Cucharas is a 1,000 lot subdivision created in 1972 in Huerfano County, Colorado west of Walsenburg. Rio Cucharas was platted in three phases. This HOA is comprised of Phase 3 containing 198 2-3.5 acre lots.
