The HOA met last month. 

The HOA is considering filing liens on property for which 2019 (and later) dues have not been paid.  Advance notice would be given to the property owner.  The feeling is that it is not fair to those who have paid dues that others have not.  If you have comments or would like to receive a payment form please contact us at rc3hoa@aol.com.

Dues have paid for mailing, postage, paper, trash clean up, water rights protection, insurance, street signs, and other miscellaneous, small items.  The Board is volunteer and not paid,  There is no paid staff and no property owned by the HOA.

Local realtors and a title company will be given letters announcing RC3HOA as being active and that they should be aware as they handle transactions.

An out of state private property owner's fence will be repaired at no cost to the owner using salvaged and personally donated materials.

The HOA has requested the County install a No Outlet sign on one of the cul-de-sacs.
