Recently a property owner found a squatter was occupying their lot.  The squatter (a family) was forced to leave.  They left months of household trash and other things.  The lot owner had the lot cleaned up.

Also, the County is enforcing zoning and building code. 

Steel shipping containers are not allowed.  Building permits are required for construction of structures larger than 120 sf. 

These are County regulations and apply to all phases of Rio Cucharas and Greenhorn Village.

Please let the HOA know if you have concerns about your property.  Our primary concerns are keeping the place cleaned up and ending illegal activity.

You, as an individual can report illegal activity to the County.
