Nominations are now being taken during October 2019 for President and Board Member.  You can submit your own name if you like.  The term for each position is two years.  You must be a lot owner and paid member to be a candidate.

A ballot will be sent via email to paid members in December 2019.  If we don't have your email address, you will not receive a ballot.  If you do not have email, send us your address.

If you would like to vote and have not paid dues please mail $25 for 2019 dues with your name, contact information and Lot Number to 

RC3HOA, Mary Ann Lane, 840 Calle La Sierra Blanca Drive, Walsenburg, CO 81089.

An Annual Meeting will be held Saturday November 16th.  Please send an email if you plan to attend.
