The Board approved raising annual dues from $25 to $35 for 2021. Dues are still $25 for 2020. If you would like a copy of the meeting minutes please send a request to rc3hoa@aol.com.
Rio Cucharas is a 1,000 lot subdivision created in 1972 in Huerfano County, Colorado west of Walsenburg. Rio Cucharas was platted in three phases. This HOA is comprised of Phase 3 containing 198 2-3.5 acre lots.
